How to Use CoalStone®
The CoalStone Blower is a high-power, professional-grade tool designed to move air quickly and efficiently for cleaning, drying, and debris management. With its 21V, 1050W motor, it provides focused airflow for leaves, snow, dust, and more. This guide will help you use it safely and get the best performance from your tool.
Safety & Precautions
- Do not point at people or pets. The airflow is extremely strong and can cause injury.
- Do not test on fragile objects. Small items or light objects can be blown away or damaged.
- Hold the blower securely. When turned on, the airflow produces a slight recoil.
- Avoid continuous full-power use. The blower has a built-in protection system and will turn off after ~5 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overheating and battery damage.
- Keep away from water. While suitable for snow and wet leaves, do not immerse the blower or battery in water.
- Use only the recommended battery. Do not attempt to use third-party batteries as this can cause malfunction or injury.
- Children must not operate the tool. Only responsible adults should handle the blower.
How to Use
1. Prepare the Area
- Remove any fragile items or obstacles.
- Clear the workspace of loose objects that you do not want to move unintentionally.
2. Attach the Battery
- Insert the 21V Li-ion battery fully into the blower until it clicks.
- Ensure the battery is charged but not overheating.
3. Turn On the Blower
- Press the trigger to start.
- The blower immediately produces high-speed airflow.
4. Best Practices
- Use short bursts instead of holding full power continuously.
- Move the blower slowly across the area for efficient cleaning.
- For snow, leaves, or dust, maintain a slight distance to avoid scattering debris uncontrollably.
- Always point the airflow away from fragile objects or people.
5. Understanding Automatic Shut-Off
- When running at full power continuously, the blower will automatically shut off after approximately 5 minutes.
- This feature protects the motor and battery.
- After the blower turns off, wait a few minutes to allow the battery and motor to cool, then resume operation.
- Using intermittent bursts can extend runtime and improve battery efficiency.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Wipe the blower with a clean, dry cloth after use.
- Keep the air intake free from dust and debris.
- Do not open or attempt to repair the motor or battery yourself.
Quick Tips for Maximum Efficiency
- Short bursts at full power are better than long continuous use.
- Hold the blower firmly to counter the airflow pushback.
- Use the blower outdoors for leaves and snow whenever possible.
- Focus the airflow for precision — you don’t need to hold it for long to move debris effectively.
